What do I need to send you?
For images: product images, a lifestyle image or video showing the look you want, and an outline of the delivery. For videos, add a camera pan reference, a short clip showing the camera move you like. Packshots on white work well as product images.
How do credits work?
Each deliverable costs a fixed number of credits per product, for example 4 credits for a lifestyle image. Pay as you go at €58 per credit, or take a monthly plan from €50 down to €41.67 per credit.
Which file types and sizes can I upload?
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC images, and MP4 or MOV video. Each file can be up to 30 MB. For larger CAD or 3D files, mention it in your notes and we will send a secure link.
What is the difference between the two video types?
“From your image” animates a lifestyle image you already have. “From your reference and product” means we build a new scene around your product, guided by your lifestyle reference, which takes longer and costs more credits.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the deliverable and the season. You will see an expected date on your order once we have reviewed your files.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Each order includes a revision round. Leave notes on the review page and we will update the previews.
When do I pay?
Only once you have seen and approved the previews. You pay by card through Stripe, and the full resolution files unlock immediately. A VAT receipt is emailed to you.
Who owns the finished content?
You receive a licence to use the delivered files across your own marketing and retail channels. Full terms will be set out in our terms of service.
